Description

PMEG60T50ELPX is STMicroelectronics’ Power Schottky diode. It is a two-terminal fast, low-drop rectifier rated for about 60 V in reverse blocking and around 50 A average rectified current. Designed for high-efficiency switching applications, it offers low forward voltage drop and fast switching (no reverse-recovery loss) suitable for DC-DC converters, power supplies, and reverse-polarity protection.
