EPF10K50RC240-3N is an Actel (now Microsemi/Microchip) antifuse-based FPGA from the EPF family. It is a mid-range device offering about 10K logic gates (per the family naming) in a 240-pin RC package, with a -3N speed grade (industrial temperature range). The device uses non-volatile antifuse configuration memory, so it is programmed once and retains its configuration without external PROM; reconfiguration requires reworking the device.
